Common questions
- Why are there no like, view or follower counts? Because they change what people post. There are no like counts, view counts or follower counts anywhere in Vibeswap, and no public comment section. Nothing to chase, nothing to compare.
- Why can’t I post old videos or photos? Vibeswap only supports clips captured live, in the moment, through the app — there’s no upload button and nothing from your camera roll. If it’s here, somebody was actually stood there.
- Can I comment on posts? You can, but only with people you’re connected to, and it stays private between you. There’s no public comment section for strangers to pile into.
- The feed stopped. Have I broken it? No — that’s deliberate. The feed ends after 500 swipes a day and comes back tomorrow. We’d rather it ran out than kept you there.
- Where do the places I save go? Anything you save sits in the Saved tab on your profile, ready for whenever you actually go.
- What is Pinkie, and what can she see? Pinkie is our AI for finding venues and planning a night out. She only ever looks at people you’re connected to, and only what they’ve shared publicly. See the Mission page for more.
- Does Vibeswap use my location? It’s used to tag where a clip was recorded and to show you places nearby. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what’s collected and why.
- How do I report a post or user? Use the report option on any post or profile, or email support@vibeswap.app with a link or screenshot.
- Someone posted a clip of my venue. That’s a customer sharing somewhere they enjoyed. If you’d like it taken down, or you run the place and want to manage how it appears, email support@vibeswap.app and we’ll sort it.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This is permanent — your posts, messages and saved places go with it.
- I found a bug or have feedback. Email support@vibeswap.app — we read everything.
